Our treatment pathways

Different Treatments. Clear Guidance. Care in the Right Setting.

At-home ketamine is available now. SPRAVATO® and TMS are planned for our clinic. We start by listening, then help you understand which options may fit your history, needs, and clinical evaluation.

For ketamine care, we coordinate with the therapist you already trust or help connect you with a KAP-trained provider through the Nomad Network.

ketamine therapy
IN YOUR HOME

A registered nurse comes to your home or therapist’s office to administer intramuscular ketamine, monitor your vital signs, and remain with you throughout the session. Care is provided with physician oversight.

Our standard induction course includes six sessions over three weeks, with preparation and integration coordinated around treatment.

Ketamine is FDA-approved as an anesthetic. Its use for psychiatric conditions is off-label.

spravato
In Our Clinic

SPRAVATO® is an FDA-approved esketamine nasal spray for adults with treatment-resistant depression. It is distinct from ketamine.

Patients self-administer SPRAVATO® under supervision in a certified healthcare setting and remain for required monitoring afterward.

Why Nomad Exists

Care Should Fit Into Real Life Without
Compromising Clinical Support.

A different path forward

Too many people are left repeating the same approaches without enough improvement or a clear sense of what comes next. Our model is designed to make interventional care easier to access, more personal, and better connected to the support system already around you.

That means bringing the clinical visit to you when appropriate, coordinating with your therapist, and offering a clear route into clinic-based care as our services expand.

Why interventional care can feel different

When Familiar Approaches Are Not Enough, Different Tools May Help.

Interventional treatments use approaches that differ from daily medication alone. In our current at-home model, ketamine sessions are coordinated with preparation and integration support.

SPRAVATO® and TMS follow different mechanisms and care pathways. We help you understand what each option involves and whether it may be appropriate after evaluation.

CONDITIONS WE TREAT

Support for Symptoms That Have Not Improved Enough.

Living with ongoing depression, PTSD, or anxiety can make it difficult to imagine another path forward. Our current at-home ketamine service offers an interventional option for eligible patients, while future clinic-based services will follow their own indications and eligibility requirements.

If you are in crisis, call or text 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. If you are in immediate danger, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
