- Submitting accurate registration and billing information

You may not use the Services to:
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation
- Access, or attempt to access, another patient’s account or protected health information (PHI)
- Upload or transmit any unlawful, threatening, abusive, or harassing content
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Services, including introducing viruses or malicious code
- Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Services without our written consent
- Use the Services for any fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal purpose
3. SMS Communication Standards
If you opt in to receive SMS messages from Nomad Therapeutics, you agree to the following standards of use:
- SMS messages are intended solely for appointment confirmations, reminders, and related customer support
- You must be the authorized user or account holder of the mobile number provided at opt-in
- You may opt out at any time by replying “STOP”, and may request assistance by replying “HELP”
- You agree not to use the SMS program to harass, spam, or send unauthorized messages to our staff or business number
- We comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CTIA guidelines, and applicable carrier requirements; message and data rates may apply
4. Patient Portal Responsibilities
If you are granted access to a patient portal or similar account-based system, you agree to:
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and not share your account with others
- Notify us immediately at 425-598-7088 if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
- Provide accurate and current information when using portal features
- Use the portal only to view or manage your own health information, not that of any other individual
5. Protected Health Information (PHI) Handling
Nomad Therapeutics takes the confidentiality of your protected health information seriously. When using the Services, you agree that:
- You will not attempt to access, copy, or disclose PHI belonging to another patient
- Any PHI you submit through the Services will be used and disclosed only in accordance with our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices
- Psychotherapy notes and related clinical records receive heightened protection and will not be shared without your written authorization, except as required by law
- You are responsible for safeguarding any PHI you download, print, or otherwise remove from the Services
6. Enforcement
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to:
- Suspend or terminate access to the Services for any violation of this Policy
- Remove or refuse content that violates this Policy
- Report unlawful activity to appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authorities
- Take any other action we deem necessary to protect the security, integrity, and availability of the Services
We will attempt to notify you of any enforcement action taken under this Policy where appropriate, but reserve the right to act immediately where necessary to prevent harm or protect the Services.
